Chipotle Social
At Day One, I have helped set the strategic vision for Chipotle’s owned social channels and digital marketing campaigns since 2018. Working closely with a team of creatives and strategists, we helped the brand hone their social voice through the lens of its superfans. We also helped launch it’s TikTok – which was the first in its category to reach 1M followers organically.
In addition to developing and overseeing Chipotle’s content calendar, we spearheaded campaigns around some of the brand’s biggest tentpole moments, including new menu launches, promotions, and launching digital ordering in the app. In 2019, we drove the creative for the launch of Chipotle’s revamped loyalty program, which now has over 27M members.
Along with impressive follower and engagement metrics, our work has been shortlisted for multiple Cannes Awards, and taken home prizes from the Shortys, PR Week, AdWeek, and SABRE. In 2023, Time100 named Chipotle one of its most influential companies of the year, calling out how we “captured the attention of Gen Z” through social.
